Contact Your Elected Representatives:
Make your voice be heard, you don’t need to be an expert or a brilliant writer in order to champion the pursuit of alternatives to the current “drill baby drill” paradigm.
Add your voice to the many who want to protect our environment. There are indeed alternatives, for example, we can make NS a power house of energy efficiency and renewable energy.
The best letters are short and include a personal message. The best part? It only takes a few lines.

Contact your Municipal Councillor
Municipal governments face real threats from Houston’s overreach on many issues, including resource extraction. Our local councillors need to know we support them when they speak out against fracking and uranium mining in our communities.
